DISC® ASSESSMENTS
A DISC® assessment is a non-judgmental tool that helps you learn more about yourself and why you behave the way you do in various situations. The DISC® tool assesses an individual’s behavioral style at work. DISC consists of four dimensions that examine the employee’s behavioral tendencies as they interface with others at work. Insight is provided into the employee and the manager in understanding and managing how they work best together. It contains practical, realistic information to support the employee to develop more productive and successful working relationships. As a manager, the DISC® provides information to assist you in managing employee performance, improving communication, delegating and building effective teams.
